These Terms of Use apply to the website of A.M. Referral Partners (AMRP) at https://amreferralpartners.com ("Website"), including its Members-Only area. By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who We Are

A.M. Referral Partners is a business networking group that meets on Thursday mornings at Rudy's Bar-B-Q in Arlington, Texas. The Website tells visitors about the group, shows our members and events, and gives our members a private area to run the group's business.

2. Using the Website

You may view and share our public pages for personal and business purposes.
Please do not misuse the Website: no attempts to break in, overload it, collect member information in bulk, or send spam through our forms.
Member contact details on the Website are shared so people can do business with our members — not for unsolicited bulk marketing.

3. The Members-Only Area

Only current members may use the Members-Only area. Each member signs in with their own email address and password, keeps that password private and is responsible for what is done with their sign-in.
What members submit — slips, testimonials, events, photos, profile details — must be accurate and their own to share. By submitting it, a member allows AMRP to show it on the Website and use it in the group's reports.
AMRP may correct or remove content that is inaccurate or inappropriate, and may end access when a membership ends.

4. Dues, Invoices and Online Payments

Members' annual dues are invoiced through QuickBooks Online, the accounting service of Intuit Inc., which AMRP uses for its books. Our Treasurer alone connects the Website to AMRP's own QuickBooks company; members never connect anything.
The Pay now button in a dues email or on the Members-Only Dashboard opens Intuit's payment page. Online payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments) under Intuit's own terms and privacy policy. AMRP's Website never sees or stores card or bank account numbers.
Payments by check or cash are recorded by our Treasurer in QuickBooks. The Website shows each member what they owe and have paid, as QuickBooks records it, and emails a receipt for each payment.
Dues amounts, deadlines and what happens when dues are unpaid are set by our group's rules, shown in the Members-Only area.

5. Other Companies' Services

The Website uses services from other companies — for example Intuit (QuickBooks), Google Maps, YouTube and Cloudflare. Their own terms apply to those services, and AMRP is not responsible for them. Links to members' and other websites are provided for convenience; AMRP does not control those sites.

6. No Warranty

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". AMRP does not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete, and does not endorse or guarantee the products or services of any member.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AMRP, its officers and its members are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website, or from business done between members, guests or visitors.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the Website means you accept them.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
