Effective Date: October 11, 2026

A.M. Referral Partners (AMRP) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our website at https://amreferralpartners.com ("Website").

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Public Member Information: Name, company name, business chair, a description of the company's products or services, tagline, headshot photo, contact email, phone number, business website and links to the company's social media and review pages (published on the Members page and each member's own page).
  • Membership Applications: Name, job title, company name, business chair, a description of the business and its tagline, the member who invited you, cell phone and email, company phone and email, mailing address, website, social media and review links, and โ€” if someone else will represent the company โ€” that person's name, job title, cell phone and email.
  • "Is There a Seat for You?" Inquiries: Name, company, profession, email, phone, website, how you heard about us, and your message.
  • Visitor Information: Like every website, our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking or advertising service. To block spam, our forms keep a scrambled code made from your IP address โ€” never the address itself โ€” for 24 hours.
  • Testimonial Submissions: Content of testimonials written by members for other members.
  • Event Postings: Event details posted by members for the public calendar, and photos, videos and a short recap added after the event.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Display member contact information publicly.
  • Review and process membership applications.
  • Answer "Is there a seat for you?" inquiries.
  • Display testimonials publicly.
  • Provide private statistics and reports to current members.
  • Keep our Website secure and protect our forms from spam.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information:

  • Publicly, as described (e.g., member directory and testimonials).
  • With the service providers that run our Website and email: our web host (BetterSiteHost / ServerAvatar, United States), Cloudflare (which delivers and protects the Website) and Fastmail (which sends the Website's emails). They handle information only to provide those services.
  • As required by law or legal process.

Content from other companies. To show some parts of our pages, your browser loads them directly from other companies, which then receive your IP address and browser information: Google Fonts (our lettering), Font Awesome through cdnjs (our icons), Google Maps (the map on our Home page, and "Get directions" links), and YouTube (event videos โ€” the thumbnail shows on the event page; the video player loads from YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com only when you click play). Their own privacy policies apply.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information collected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Members sign in with their own email address and password, and our data is never directly available to visitors โ€” only the pages we publish. However, no website can guarantee complete security.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Website uses only the few cookies it needs to work, and no tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookies Policy for more details.

6. Your Choices

You can:

  • Contact us to correct or remove your public member profile.
  • Ask us to delete an inquiry or application you sent.

7. International Visitors
