We had a leak develop in the AC unit in the attic that was dripping into the bathroom upstairs. Bob and his brother came out and had to move the drain pan under the AC unit so it would collect the water. Problem solved, no more leaking. Couldn't have been easy since there is very little room to maneuver. Great work guys, much appreciated.

This past Monday afternoon, the fan in the outside unit quit spinning, the capacitor had given up the ghost with all of the hot weather we'd been having. The next morning I called Tropic Air and Heat and they were over at the house a couple of hours later and fixed the problem in about 10 minutes. So Tuesday night we had a cool house again. During the big thunderstorm in October 2021, a lightning strike took out our outside unit. I called Topic Air and Heat and they had a crew out the next day to replace the condenser and got my house cooling off again.
