Bob did an amazing job recommending the right new computer for me. Not only that but he transferred everything from the old to the new and was so amazing and helpful. Even answered an email late at night that I thought he would just answer the next day. But, not Bob he answered that night and fixed my printimg issue. You can't do better than him.

I have been having issues getting my new business email address from ZenBusiness to Outlook. Dr. Bob took the time to chat with representative from ZenBusiness to resolve issue. He explained everything to me, in terms I could understand, and he also took the time to discuss cloud storage options and security for my new laptop.
