About this event

Free Seminar for Adult Children of Aging Parents

Be ready for the health challenges of aging. Learn the risks and signs of common conditions like diabetes, heart problems, and neurological issues. Discover ways to manage both your parents' health and your own, becoming a well-informed caregiver. NOTE: This program guides caregivers but doesn't give personal medical advice.

Learning Objectives:

1) Learn about risk factors and symptoms of the most prevalent health and medical conditions associated with aging; and

2) Find resources and apply strategies to be more informed advocates for their parents, as well as themselves.

Presenter: Leisha Phipps MSW, Ed
