I have used LaTour Tree Service for couple of different issues over the past several years and have always received outstanding service from this well run company. The Professional Arborists on staff were able to save a very sick oak tree situated in a prominent spot of my residence roughly five (5) years ago. It is thriving again today. My most recent dealing with LaTour was no exception. This job was far different from the jobs performed in the past. We had three (3) large oak trees on a piece of property that needed to be removed. Hated it, but that is a different story. LaTour arrived as scheduled and before I made it from my office, had completed at least a third of the job. These people are true professionals in every sense of the word. Their attention to detail and safety was phenomenal. All three (3) trees were brought down with absolutely no damage to surrounding trees, smaller plants or personal property. The entire work area was cleaned up prior to their leaving the job site. Other than the newly created "open space" and the substantial amount of pre-cut firewood, one would not easily notice that a work crew had been there.

During the big thunderstorm in October 2021, a lightning strike took out our outside unit. I called Topic Air and Heat and they had a crew out the next day to replace the condenser and got my house cooling off again. We had a leak develop in the AC unit in the attic that was dripping into the bathroom upstairs. Bob and his brother came out and had to move the drain pan under the AC unit so it would collect the water. Problem solved, no more leaking. Don't ever underestimate what Jeff Harrell (Handyman Solutions) can do! I needed 2 refrigerators swapped out, both with water lines. The issue came when trying to move one of them thru a door. He took off the door, then had to remove the doors on the refridgerators, including the ones with water lines hooked to the doors. Jeff gave me a bid on fixing a heater element on a dishwasher. He came out and was able to do it in less time than he thought. Then, he charged me less than the estimate, and the dishwasher is working good as new. Thanks, Jeff.

American Eagle Builders have done several projects for us over the last several years from insulation projects to new windows to finishing our garage floor with concrete coating which gets compliments all the time. American Eagle Builders replaced our original "builders grade" windows with "energy efficient" windows over 4 years ago. We saw an immediate drop in our electric bill, but the benefits of the new windows did not stop there. We have had to take advantage of the "free no questions asked" warranty on two seperate occassions. A window "popped" when a propane patio heater was placed too close to a window and a screen was torn due to an equally careless act of the home owner (that would be me). While American Eagle Builders can't fix stupid, they can fix the resulting damage.

Finances have always caused me to hide in a hole. After meeting with Kirk Holifield, I feel like I have a bit more knowledge and have a plan to look forward to. He seems very knowledgeable and resourceful. I cannot wait to see how this relationship develops and my future unfolds.

I've used the QuickBooks Desktop version for years and recently switched to the Online version. Paying my State Sales & Use tax has never been a problem for me, until now. The Online version doesn't do it the same way as the Desktop version. I couldn't figure it out and contacted Intuit support and spent 2 - 1/2 hours getting nowhere. I wrote Jack and today spoke with Jamie Perez in his office and she walked me through the process in less than 20 minutes. Why Intuit support doesn't know how to do this, I don't know. I'm just glad I have Jack Loteryman and his excellent staff to reach out to for all of my accounting and tax filing needs. Thanks Jamie for you help on this.

They collect gently used furniture and other household items to furnish apartments for women who have escaped domestic abuse, the homeless, and other at-risk populations. For one of our shows at the Hip Pocket Theatre, we needed a large carpet as part of our set. I'm remodeling my home, and as a DIY enthusiast, I enjoy doing most of the work myself.
